DigiCert strongly recommends including each of these roots in all applications and hardware that support X.509 certificate functionality, including Internet browsers, email clients, VPN clients, mobile devices, operating systems, etc.
DigiCert does not charge or require any special license agreement for the use and/or distribution of our root certificates. However, if your organization requires that you obtain a license agreement in order to include the DigiCert roots in your application, please email us at roots@digicert.com.

To resolve this issue, an organization that hosts the secure Web site can purchase a certificate for each Web server from a third-party provider. Or, the organization can install a Microsoft Enterprise certification authority in the Active Directory forest. Then, the organization can use this certification authority to generate a certificate for each Web server.Note Users of client computers that do not belong to the organization's Active Directory forest can visit the certification authority Web site to download the certificate.
GraphQL creates a uniform API across your entire application without being limited by a specific storage engine. Write GraphQL APIs that leverage your existing data and code with GraphQL engines available in many languages. You provide functions for each field in the type system, and GraphQL calls them with optimal concurrency.
The MD5, SHA-1, and SHA-256 fingerprints of the upload and app signing certificates can be found on the Play App Signing page (Release > Setup > App integrity) in Play Console. Other fingerprints can also be computed by downloading the original certificate (.der) on the same page.
When you complete a HubSpot Academy certification, you can view your certificate, download a printable certificate, and embed the certification badge onto your website. You can also share the certification to your social networks, such as Twitter, LinkedIn, or Upwork.
Certificates are valid, statewide, for three years at which time applicants must re-apply for a certificate. All documentation above is required at the time of application regardless of whether a certificate has been issued to applicants in the past.
The business entity search functionality does not only let you search for businesses registered with the Commonwealth, but also gives you the ability to view their filing history, RA history, and instantly download filing images all without needing to create a login to the Clerk's Information System.
As part of the standard maintenance and security best practices for RDS, the SSL/TLS certificates for RDS DB instances and Aurora DB clusters expire and are replaced every five years. The current certificate will expire on March 5, 2020. Your database clients and applications that use SSL/TLS with certificate validation to connect to an RDS DB instance or Aurora cluster will lose connectivity beginning March 5, 2020 if you do not update the SSL/TLS certificate on both the client and the database server.
Below you will find links to the engine-specific documentation that can help you determine whether your applications use SSL/TLS to connect to your database, whether your client application requires certificate verification, and how you can update your application trust stores with the updated SSL/TLS certificates. Although we have included the most common scenarios, the methods for updating applications for new SSL/TLS certificates vary so some specific application scenarios may not be fully addressed.
If you have applications that connect to RDS for Aurora MySQL, Aurora PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, Oracle or PostgreSQL, and that use SSL/TLS with certificate validation, those applications are affected by this change.
If your applications do not use SSL/TLS to connect to your RDS database instance, or if your applications do not require server certificate validation, then this change will not impact your connectivity.
To maintain connectivity, you need to update the SSL/TLS certificates in all the trust stores used by all applications that connect to RDS databases with the new published CA Certificates by March 5, 2020. Make this update by following these steps:
If you are unable to complete all three steps by March 5, 2020, which is the last date to update your certificates, your client or application may be unable to connect to your database instance using SSL or TLS.
Completing the CA certificate rotations is a two-step process. First, you must update your client application or service to include the latest CA certificates in its trust store using the combined bundle that contains both the new and the old CA certificates. After this is done, you must update your RDS DB instances to rotate to the new CA certificates. Instructions are provided below:
If you are 100% certain that you do not use SSL/TLS, you will not be required to rotate your CA certificate before the March 5, 2020 deadline. If you are not 100% certain that you do not use SSL/TLS, please review the documentation below to verify whether your applications connect using SSL/TLS:
Issuance of a tax certificate constitutes a lien against the property, not the sale of the property. Payment of the taxes cancels this lien. In most cases, if the property owner does not pay the taxes within two years of the delinquency date, the certificate holder can initiate a tax deed application, which may result in the loss of the property.
The Copyright Office will not honor a request for a copy of someone else's protected work without written authorization from the copyright owner or from his or her designated agent, unless the work is involved in litigation. In the latter case, a litigation statement is required. A certificate of registration for any registered work can be obtained see Circular 4 Copyright Office fees, for this and other records and services. Circular 6, Access to and Copies of Copyright Records and Deposit, provides additional information.
Uploading or downloading works protected by copyright without the authority of the copyright owner is an infringement of the copyright owner's exclusive rights of reproduction and/or distribution. Anyone found to have infringed a copyrighted work may be liable for statutory damages up to $30,000 for each work infringed and, if willful infringement is proven by the copyright owner, that amount may be increased up to $150,000 for each work infringed. In addition, an infringer of a work may also be liable for the attorney's fees incurred by the copyright owner to enforce his or her rights.
