And no luck.New log is from clean install, mod install and attempt to launch a modpack with 1(prompted by launcher to up to 3), 4, 6, 12 and 16gb of ram just for the heck of it(Got 32gb total).Still nothing
Okay, so I've found somewhat of a workaround, at least for my problem.I created a .bat file with this command It's running the exact command for java that the launcher does, except I'm asking java instead of javaw, I've no idea what the difference is, but at least it works.Hopefully someone can get something out of it! Modrinth Modpacks have now launched in an Alpha state. For those not aware, Modrinth is a mod (and now modpack) platform as an alternative to CurseForge. Modrinth is open source and has quite an active development and is very exciting to watch the progress that Modrinth makes. To find out more about Modrinth and what they're doing, check out modrinth.com. The latest is that Modpacks are now available to be uploaded and downloaded from Modrinth. ATLauncher has support for both exporting instances to the Modrinth format ready for uploading to Modrinth, as well as downloading and installing pre made packs. While this is in an Alpha state, everything looks pretty promising so far, and we can't wait to see more awesome packs up there soon. So go check out the Modrinth tab in the Packs section of the launcher today and maybe find something new to play.

For some reason the technic launcher is not allowing me to download any modpacks. I have tried all modpacks and all that appears is a 0% in the loading bar which quickly disappears. I have tried restarting the launcher, resetting the modpacks, restarting my computer and nothing seems to work...
Your best bet is to head to the specific file in whatever Users folder it installed to (My Technic Launcher, for some reason, installs a different mod-pack to every user, instead of keeping to only one name), and delete the specific modpack in the modpacks folder. If that doesn't work, try deleting the modpack in the Assets folder. And if that doesn't work, you may just have to delete the contents of the .technic folder entirely. It's the only way I've been able to manually reset my Technic packs.

Overwolf (CurseForge) and Technic are both alternative launchers. Once you download and install either simply search for the modpack, install it and hit the play button. It is however highly recommended to use the Overwolf/CurseForge launcher, as it causes far less issues and is much easier to work with. It will also allocate the right amount of RAM required for the modpack right off the bat, which Technic will not do. Generally speaking, Technic should only be used by those already experienced with it.
When you click play, the Minecraft launcher will show up. After this, you can hit play. After hitting play, Minecraft will boot up. Be patient, as this is a modpack, which means it will take longer to boot up.
