In 2016, Tom Brier and Michael Chisolm had an idea for creating a searchable online repository of ragtime sheet music where ragtime pianistscould download sheet music especially those that were out of print or rare.
February 2017, Michael Chisolm began to make their idea reality by starting to scan and digitize all the original and copied ragtime sheet music in his collection. Other collectors and ragtime enthusiasts have generously allowed him to scan and digitize their ragtime sheet music not in his personal collection.
